Ingredient:
- 1 ΒΌ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium ripe banana or use 1 cup frozen banana slices
- Half of a medium orange, peeled and quartered
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
- 1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
