For the best blueberry smoothie, use frozen blueberries! This is my favorite blueberry smoothie recipe. You need less than 5 minutes to make it.

Ingredient:

  • 1 ΒΌ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana or use 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • Half of a medium orange, peeled and quartered
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
