Ingredient:
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef, 80% to 85% lean
- 2 tablespoons (28g) butter
- 2 cups finely chopped cremini mushrooms, 8 ounces
- 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 medium onion
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon
- 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, optional
