Buttery Drop Biscuits

These drop biscuits are ridiculously easy to make. Once you make them, I just know you’ll be itching to make them again and again. The entire process can be done in under 30 minutes and they taste fantastic.

Ingredient:

  • 8 tablespoons (115g) cold unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, see notes
  • 1/2 cup (118ml) cold whole milk, plus more as needed
