Ingredient:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mild olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3 romaine hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 slices of bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3/4 pound lean ground sirloin
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
