My roasted broccolini recipe is super easy! It’s perfectly tender inside, with deliciously golden brown and crispy tips. It’s the perfect quick side dish!

Ingredient:

  • 2 bunches broccolini, about 1 pound
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh fine herbs like dill, parsley, chives or a combination
  • Flaky sea salt for serving like Maldon sea salt
