I love this simple green smoothie recipe, which blends together spinach, banana, and Greek yogurt for added protein. It is naturally sweetened with fruit and tastes incredible!

Ingredient:

  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 medium orange, peeled and quartered
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal or shelled hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons pure honey
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
