These oven roasted green beans are the perfect side dish! They’re incredibly tender and sweet, with crispy edges. To truly make them special, we toss them with garlic, capers, and herbs. They are so good!
Ingredient:
- 1 pound (450g) fresh green beans, stem ends snapped off
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 3 to 4 cloves
- 2 tablespoons drained capers, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or use 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 tablespoon salted butter, optional
