This gluten-free pumpkin bread has a wonderfully crunchy top and deliciously spiced and moist crumb. It's perfect with coffee during the autumn months.

Ingredient:

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar, for sprinkling
