Ingredient:

  • 2 cups (10 ounces) atta (whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) sooji (semolina)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds), crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water, plus more as needed
