Easy blueberry smoothie recipe that keeps you happy for hours. One small smoothie offers almost 5 grams of fiber as well as 5 grams of protein. The smoothie tastes sweet, creamy and fresh. Plus, thanks to cacao nibs, there’s a hint of dark chocolate.

Ingredient:

  • 1 cup (5 to 6 ounces) blueberries, frozen preferred, see notes
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup sliced thin-skinned cucumber like English or hothouse
  • 1 cup greens like spinach or kale
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 cup water
