Quick Easy Strawberry Smoothie

This strawberry banana smoothie is so creamy and fruity. Depending on how ripe or sweet your fruit is, you may need to add a little extra honey, so add based on your taste.

Ingredient:

  • 1 heaping cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana or 1 cup banana slices, frozen is best
  • Half of a medium orange, peeled and quartered
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy; can substitute water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry jam, honey or maple syrup
