- 1 tablespoon capers
- Bagna Cauda
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced (about 2 1/2 tablespoons)
- 1 (2-ounce) can anchovies in olive oil (about 12 fillets), drained
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
